Today’s outing into Shanghai has been a fruitful one for Karl. Around the numerous malls in Shanghai’s main shopping district and Nanjing Road lies the massive Citic Mall, with seven floors of designer brands. Boards tell of endless store openings, from Bang & Olufsen and Louis Vuitton to… er… Tesco Express. Even French Connection is opening up, which is some good news for a change.
The Dior window display above caught Karl’s expert eye. Not that anyone could miss it. So much for so little, and yet it works.
